All our jewelry pieces are carefully checked before shipping. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

2. Payments

All payments must be completed at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

3. Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Customer must send an unboxing/parcel opening video for any issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, customized products, and used/worn jewelry cannot be returned.

6. Exchange Fee

7. Damaged or Wrong Item
